Somatic Shed is a 21-day somatic healing program for women who have spent decades fighting their bodies, their mirrors and their sense of enough. Built by Renata Hellier — Australian fashion designer, stylist and somatic guide based in Milan — Somatic Shed combines nervous system regulation, somatic body rituals and daily healing practices into a gentle 21-day journey home to yourself.

This is not a diet. Not a fitness program. Not another mindset course. This is the inner work that makes everything else finally work — your confidence, your style, your relationships, your sense of being enough exactly as you are. Lifetime access means you can repeat the 21-day cycle as many times as you need. Every cycle goes deeper. Every cycle heals more.

What Is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing works directly with the body to release stored stress, trauma and emotional armor held in the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Unlike talk therapy or mindset work alone, somatic practices create safety at a cellular level — allowing the body to finally release what the mind has been carrying for years or decades.

Week 1 — Melt

Meet Renata Hellier

Australian fashion designer and stylist based in Milan. Twelve years ago Renata sold everything she owned in Melbourne, packed 25 kilos into a suitcase, took her son by the hand and moved to Milan to start again. She knows what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognise the woman staring back. She built Somatic Shed from that experience — for every woman who needs to find her way home to herself.
